When I first announced I wanted to give away a Fresh-48 session to one of my followers on Facebook, I was so excited to see who the winner was. I usually use a random number generator (random.org) to get the number and always have a list to look at beside it with the participants names. Well, this time it went to someone in Houma who actually ghosted me the moment after she told me she had her baby... then... I offered the opportunity to a past client who was nominated by her peers several times over. She excitedly took me up on the chance for more sweet photos... then... My toddler got sick and had to miss school (daycare) for a week & it was right during the delivery and first days of her little man's life on Earth.
When life hands me problems, I find solutions.
I offered her an in-home lifestyle mini session for when my girl was all better and we were able to get some great shots--even though her older princess was tired from a long day of newborn/family photos with another local photographer.
This family is so sweet and they LOVE pictures just as much as I do! Yay!
They just moved into their new home in Houma, Louisiana and have lots of moving parts they've been handling while waiting on their sweet little guy. They're adjusting to being a family of 4 and didn't have anything inside finished, so we made do in their family room and beautiful backyard.
