Some will ask: "What is a passion project?" A passion project is an activity or enterprise that you decide to take on—usually in your spare time–in order to gain some benefit for yourself. That is, it's a challenge that you willingly embrace because you hope to gain something from it.

So now, without further adieu, MY PASSION PROJECT: Ideas from me, Kristen... or Krist as some of my most favorite humans have been calling me as of late. ☺️
My goal is to raise awareness of the power of sharing all things positive, GOOD food & water, and how to start supplementing your lifestyle with herbs for your own specific bodies.
A human project: Individually, we are strong. Together, we are STRONGER!

I’ll be sharing my daily routine and some healthy eating tips and tricks that have worked for me to stay happy & healthy. 🥗 Yes, food definitely has the power to alter our moods! Who knew?!
Anyway, this is all based around the idea of spreading this powerful knowledge to everyone and what better way than to do a PHOTOSHOOT!! Or several!
Over the course of the next few years, I’m going to be setting up photoshoots with YOU to model for this very special portfolio collection. This idea originally started out as something more like: The Human Connection. BUT, with €0\/![) in our way, holding hands didn't feel like the best thing for "these times". I've been keeping that one for when the world calmed down a bit.
I believe that if everyone were to know how beautiful and powerful they were, we would all be more thankful of all that God has given us and more aware of the other special humans around us. If we learn to help one another instead of tearing each other down, don’t you agree the world 🌎 🌍 would be a much better place?!

To give you an idea of what I'm working on, here is what I have in mind for my own session...
My sister, Katie, and I will be dressed in our favorite flower child outfits & drinking our water from really cute vintage cups for our own sister session to document our versions of our favorite era: the seventies! The shabby chic attire is just so dreamy! Add a flower crown to boot? Heck yes! And of course we want to depict how important it is to drink plenty of good-quality water to stay hydrated and healthy! My sweet husband, daughter, & my sister's fiancé may also make an appearance!
Not into all that "hippy-dippy stuff"?

When will these sessions take place?
Each session will be held with individual humans and families separately, so I can best represent YOU and the message you want to share. Your session may look very different from someone else's. Your pets count, too! You are most certainly welcome to bring along your pets for your session. They will count as individuals in your session, so plan accordingly.
I will be scheduling with each of you to best work around all our busy activities.
The first available date will be in May 2022. And since I'm a work-from-"home" mom and have a ton I'm working on, only one passion project session will be offered each month, unless I see that I have time for more later on. :)
What’s needed from you?
The single most important thing is to have a happy attitude. I totally understand how awkward being in front of the camera is. Once we get past that, it’s easier to let down that guard, forget the camera is there, and just LIVE!
Sit and play your guitar, sing 🎶 a song, or play ring around the rosie with your little ones. Maybe give your dog a high-five! We are just here to have a good time, spread some positivity, and to let our lights shine for all to see!
Of course a model release and contract are necessary for me to use these photos in my portfolio, so in order to get this special lower rate, those are required to be signed electronically. If you would prefer to keep things more private and have complete control over the audience your photos are shared with, that can definitely be arranged and is available with my regular sessions. I am all about letting you be YOU! We are all different and that is ok! It’s just about getting along & helping one another to THRIVE!
